People whose work requires mental effort and is sedentary suffer more from insomnia than people whose work requires physical effort.

To sleep well, it is not enough for the mind to tire during the day - the body also needs to feel tired.

Just 15 minutes of exercise a day will provide your body with the physical activity and oxygen it needs to relax and sleep better. If you can do 30 minutes, so much the better. It doesn't have to be a special sport - a half-hour walk every day is a great way to exercise.

It is preferable to exercise during the day, but if you do it at night it should be at least an hour before bedtime.
